Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Customers can cancel or change their subscription at any time through the secure SmartChat HQ billing portal.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan through the secure Stripe customer billing portal.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Subscription checkout is hosted securely by Stripe. SmartChat HQ does not store card details.
What happens after subscribing?
New customers create and verify their SmartChat HQ account before payment, so the subscription is securely linked to them. After checkout, they continue directly to AI Employee setup.
