Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Once the billing portal is connected, customers will be able to cancel or change their subscription directly from SmartChat AI.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade and downgrade controls will be added through the Stripe customer billing portal.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Subscription checkout is hosted securely by Stripe. SmartChat AI does not store card details.
What happens after subscribing?
You are returned to SmartChat AI and can continue setting up, training and installing your AI Employee.
