Using SmartChat HQ
You must provide accurate account information, keep your login secure, and use the service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for the content you upload and for reviewing the answers produced by your AI Employee.
AI limitations
AI-generated answers may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect. SmartChat HQ is an assistance tool and must not be relied upon for emergency, medical, legal, financial, or other high-risk decisions. You remain responsible for your customer communications.
Bookings
The optional booking calendar helps customers request or reserve available appointment times. You are responsible for keeping availability accurate, reviewing pending requests, contacting customers about changes, and delivering the booked service. Urgent or emergency messages must not be treated as a guaranteed appointment unless the business has expressly confirmed them.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically at the displayed billing interval until cancelled. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal. Access may continue until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, infringe another person’s rights, upload unlawful material, or use the platform to deceive, harass, or cause harm. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the service or others.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, SmartChat HQ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
